Le petit lémurien - Page 1

Back in 2006 when Tarrin and Laurel were still running Fleurblog together, they created this comic about a child version of Laurel and a bunch of aliens who dress up in lemur costumes and live in a zoo.
They only made 10 pages of that comic. I assume that's partially because Tarrin and Laurel split up and went to work on their own blogs. Also, Tarrin mentioned on his blog that they couldn't find a publisher who was interested in the story, so they dropped the project.
However, the first seven pages were published in Spirou magazine #3627.

So I'll post one page a day of that comic for the next 10 days. (You might have already seen the first three pages because I actually translated those back in June and posted them on 4chan.) After that I'll continue with the regular blog posts of Fabrice Tarrin's blog.

That comic was also printed on page 70-71 of Journal intime d'un Lémurien.

In case anyone cares: The movie Cyril's dad refers to is a 1972 French comedy called "Le Viager" ("The Annuity").

"And again, if at least one Youki who's more skilled with computers
than me could record that part for us (with some seconds before
and after the clip so we can see the reactions of the audience).
It's about Michael Leeb :)"

Yuko, Fred Neidhardt's wife, is from Japan, hence the accent.
