This is hoax is about Tarrin going around telling people that TV presenter Arthur has died and then asks them what they think about it. Of course, Arthur is not dead. (That's the joke.) In fact, you can even see Arthur in the studio at the end of the video at 1:52 facepalming because of the comments people made.
