These comics were also published in Charlotte Gainsbourg mon amour  on page 124-125.
They are also the last Charlotte Gainsbourg comics. I put all comics in one folder. They're in the same order they appear in the book. You can download the complete book here.

17 November 2009 - Comic #268

A little info for those of you who come from countries without conscription and thus might not be familiar with the way it works:
In many countries around the world young men (and in rare cases also women) between 18 and ~22 have to do a compulsory military service. Around the time when Tarrin was 18, men in France could choose between joining the military for 10 months or becoming a conscientious objector. If they chose to be a conscientious objector, they had to perform 20 months of an alternative service instead.
Tarrin doesn't want to do either of them, so he wants to be discharged. That's not easy though.  Usually one can only be discharged because of health issues or psychological problems.

Conscription was abolished in France in 2001.

This comic was also published in Charlotte Gainsbourg mon amour  on page 76-77.

"Read the beginning of the story HERE."

This comic was also published in Charlotte Gainsbourg mon amour  on page 37-38. Interestingly, Tarrin made a little change to the comic in the book. In the first panel of the comic from his blog, the date on the letter is 14 January 1985. In the book, it's 11 March 1986 for some reason.

For more information about the controversial song "Lemon Incest", there is a good article about it in the English Wikipedia.
Nowadays, Charlotte Gainsbourg works as an actress who stars in French and English movies. Her latest movie, Melancholia, which also stars Kirsten Dunst and Kiefer Sutherland, is worth watching IMO.

This comic also appeared on page 27-28 of Charlotte Gainsbourg mon amour.
